Job Summary:
We are excited to offer a permanent position for a
Site Manager
on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will oversee operations and coordinate the installation of various commercial rooftop projects across the UK. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring high standards of Health & Safety, delivering excellent client service, and maintaining top-quality installation practices to achieve maximum client satisfaction. As the key point of reference for on-site workers, your leadership and organisational skills will be essential for the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily on-site construction processes
Oversee and ensure Health & Safety standards on site
Conduct site inductions
Foster strong working relationships between all contractors
Arrange work schedules and participate in on-site work
Lead daily toolbox talks with site operatives
Maintain accountability for project outcomes
Promote and enforce our client's Health & Safety culture
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager
SMSTS certification (essential)
Tele-handler qualification (desirable)
Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
Strong communication and reporting skills
Effective problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in IT
Full driving licence
Strategic and forward-thinking mindset
