£40,000 - £50,000 + Car
An opportunity to join a well respected award winning design, build and reactive maintenance contractor working in the hospitality & leisure, commercial and public industries. Due to pipeline of work they want a Project Manager to join them.
The Role
Appoint and manage labour and site management specific to the project
Control labour costs alongside the QS
Produce comprehensive project programs and contractor's reports
Attend client and contracts meetings
Carry out property surveys on commercial building in the hospitality industry
Collate, manage and sign off snagging works
Record variations from site and liaise with the QS team
Responsible for site health and safety
Take a lead in snagging and handover meetings where appropriate with the design team
Deliver projects to agreed program of works
Monitor program of works and identify shortfalls and solutions
The Person
Experience of management of social housing / regeneration projects
Excellent time keeping and ability to manage own workload
Ability to communicate well with all in the business and motivate the trades on site
Relevant qualifications ie, Trade Certificates, Site Management, First Aid Asbestos Awareness
