The nursery is well sought after by parents in the local area, due to its prime location and reputation. The nursery has high quality internal and external surroundings, with enriching activities available at all times.
Your role will include the following duties:
Ensuring the safety of the children, and staff are fully trained.
To ensure the setting is upholding standards set by the EYFS, OFSTED, local authorities, and other relevant parties.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, and play a crucial role in the training of staff, and development of the children in your care.
The successful Nursery Manager will have:
· Level 3 Early Years or equivalent qualification (required)
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in nurseries in a senior role
· Reliability and commitment
· Adaptability and flexibility
