This Customer Service Advisor role will involve handling a high volume of VCC transactions to ensure these are reconciled and authorised, working with colleagues within TC Support and the wider business, too.
You will provide industry-leading support throughout our Reconciliations Function. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background who is also open to a future in finance.
Role Overview
Act as a brand ambassador to provide professional and world-class customer service.
Ensure the fast and efficient reconciliation of Virtual Credit Card statements.
Contribute to the wider business strategy to reduce, control, and maintain any unreconciled Virtual Credit Card transactions.
Ensure daily workload is managed, and SLAs are met and support colleagues within the Reconciliation function and wider TC Support to clear unreconciled transactions.
Actively seek, document and implement ways to improve the process.
