SEN Teaching Assistant - Whiston Willis Primary Academy
The Supply Register are proud to be working in partnership with Whiston Willis Primary via the Wade Deacon Trust. TSR support the schools within the Trust with all of their short and long-term vacancies. This particular vacancy is a long-term role which is 5 days per week and would be suitable for an experienced SEN TA who has a proven track record of working with Primary aged pupils who have ASD.
Responsibilities:
- Working on a one-to-one or small group basis with pupils who require additional support.
- Supporting the Class Teacher and other Teaching Assistants with setting school standards.
- Liaising with other members of staff such as the SENDCo regarding EHCPs and best practice.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant.
- Experience supporting pupils with ASD.
- A DBS on the Update Service (we can facilitate this).
