Staff Nurse – Nights - Full time - £17.65 week days / £20.06 weekends– Antrim
A multi award winning care home in the Antrim area is currently recruiting for an experience Staff Nurse to join their highly skilled team.
The home is renowned for providing outstanding dementia care for the elderly in the Antrim area. It has developed a firm reputation as being the home of choice for people who require a more specialised environment which is particularly suited to their needs.
Role Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for delivering personalised nursing care, managing medication, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all residents
* Developing tailored care plans and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
* Maintaining accurate resident records
* Delivering excellent care in compliance with Company standards
Qualifications:
* Nursing Qualification with NMC Registration
* Experienced in elderly care and dementia support
Skills Required:
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently
