I am working with a client in the hair and beauty industry, who are seeking a new Area Sales Executive to join their ever-growing business.
The ideal candidate will be based in or around the M4 Corridor, however this is a full-time remote position.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the businesses new and existing customers. You will need to identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned area and analyse market trends.
You will be working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
About you:
2+ years of experience in sales, Hair & beauty industry experience would be preferred, but not essential
Sales Territory Management Experience
Ability to meet sales targets
Experience with B2B business development, cold calling, lead follow up and journey planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation skills, closing and negotiation skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Salary:
Base salary of £30,000 DOE
Bonus package £10,000-£15,000, which is paid quarterly
Monthly bonus package, £3,000-£12,000
Car allowance
Mileage allowance
UNCAPPED commission
