Multi Trade

Fusion People are looking for a Social Housing Multi Trade to conduct reactive and planned maintenance work in and around the Gloucestershire area.

Due to continued expansion, our client who has operated within this industry for over 25 years is currently looking for installers to work on their ongoing contract for a leading building specialist within the social housing sector. This will include full refurbishments on domestic properties when required.

With constant flow of work coming into the business it enables our client to provide this potential candidate with job security and career paths for individuals who want to learn new skills and improve existing ones.

What they are looking for:

A range of skills, which could include general plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting and plastering, so that repairs can be completed in a single visit.
One main trade qualification (or time served trades experience) e.g. NVQ 2, NVQ 3, City & Guilds.
Experience and a passion for delivering high quality services to a diverse range of customers.
Own tools, power and hand.About the role:

Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

A full driving licence is required
We are looking for an immediate/near Future start.
Ensuring sites are left tidy.

Annual Salary from £28,000 - £35,000 depending on skills and experience.
