Requirements:

At least a bachelor’s degree in a science related field.
Passion for the education of KS3 and KS4 pupils
Commitment to upholding safeguarding processes to protect the safety and security of young people.
Comprehensive knowledge of scientific concepts.
Clear, confident communication style.
Drive to improve the progress levels of under-achieving GCSE students. 
The Role

Assisting teaching staff in the planning and delivery of GCSE science lessons.
Providing 1-2-1 and small group support to students aged 11-16 to improve levels of progress and attainment.
Supplying constructive and personalised feedback to students.
Assessing classwork and monitoring progress to identify any additional learning needs.
Participating in activities with the wider school community to build a positive, productive learning environment.
