Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Raynesway, Derby
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week)
Salary: £24,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate information.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
