Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a bullion merchants based in Hatton Garden, London.
The company have been operating since 1967 and are the biggest gold refinery in the whole of the UK. They offer a range of services including buying a array of different precious metals, the ability to buy gold for pensions, and advice win how to invest gold and the benefits.
Customer Service Advisor Job Role:
* Responsible for offering a consistent and outstanding level of customer service
* Building rapport and trust with customers by engaging with them, and actively anticipating and subsequently meeting their needs
* Assist in the development of programming through innovative ideas and initiating actions to meet the demands of the customers
* Developing and utilising product knowledge, eager to understand product range
* A flexible and adaptable approach, you’ll enjoy a varied workday in a fast-paced operational environment where you’ll manage multiple tasks, deadlines and targets whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy
* Responsible for responding to Google reviews
* Dealing with customer online enquiries including emails and website
* Assisting and supporting customer with compliance issues
* A good level of computer literacy in MS Office packages.
Customer Service Advisor Skills Requred:
* Knowledge of precious metals is a distinct advantage
* A good level of computer literacy in MS Office packages.
* Extensive customer service experience face to face, online and over the phone
* Attitude to learn new skills as you will be trained on the job
* Strong organisational and communication skills
