What We're Looking For:
* Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment within the transport or industrial sectors.
* Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in permanent or temporary placements.
* Relationship Builder: Strong ability to develop and maintain client and candidate relationships.
* Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed performance targets.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, candidates, and team members.
Your Role: As an Experienced Consultant, you will:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in the transport or industrial sectors.
* Source and place high-quality candidates in permanent or temporary roles.
* Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
* Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.
* Contribute to the development and execution of strategic recruitment initiatives.
