Vertical Recruitment is working with a long established multi-disciplinary consultancy who have won many awards for their first-class service within the construction industry.
They have ambitious plans for growth resulting in an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer for there Birmingham or Worcester branch.
Our client has offices across the UK working on a wide range of multi-million-pound projects including but not limited to healthcare, residential, education, commercial, industrial and more.
They are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with proven expertise across all areas of mechanical design within the built environment.
The Person:
* 2+ years experience designing mechanical layouts within the built environment.
* Experience Defining, recording, and maintaining project brief information from client and relevant parties.
* Effective in preparing building services strategy documents, fee proposals, and briefing documents.
* Effective communication with internal and external design teams.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Building Services or equivalent qualifications/experience.
