You will be joining an established children's home who can offer you full support to continue your career path to area manager as they plan to open further children's homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth operation of the residential home in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
• Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure the highest standards of care for the children.
• Play a key role in the recruitment and onboarding process of new staff members.
• Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance the skills of the team.

You will have Level 3 Children residential qualification and ideally gained the Level 5 Diploma Children's residential qualification or equivalent with at least 2 years management experience gained in a children's residential setting.
