Customer Service Advisor

About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated Customer Service team based within our Head Office
Working closely within the Aftersales Department, your duties as Customer Service Advisor will include:
First Time Resolution problem solving for our customers via telephone and email
Maintaining accurate and concise records
Creation of job cards
Liaising with colleagues on a regular basis
General office dutiesAs Customer Service Advisor you will play a vital role in communicating with our customers and our Service Department.  Experience in a similar role is preferred, however we will provide training on all aspects of our internal in-house systems.

Knowledge and ability using Microsoft Excel and Word documentsThis role is fully office based.
