Medical Receptionist (Weekends)
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (pro rata)
Saturday & Sunday, 9am to 6:30pm
Wednesday 6pm to 8pm

Our client is a recognisable aesthetic company based in Central London and are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to work on the weekend between 9am and 6:30pm, in their flagship clinic. It would also be ideal if you could also work Wednesday evening between 6pm and 8pm.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and receiving patients into the clinic
Advising patients on products
Handling ad hoc administrative tasks, bookings, and stock control
Correspondence writing
Ensuring a professional and welcoming patient experience
Requirements:
5 years previous experience working in a private medical/aesthetic clinic
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
The salary goes up to £35,000 (pro rata) and the interview process would be an online conversation with the managing director followed by face-to-face meeting in clinic
