Are you looking for a new and exciting career opportunity within Business Development?

Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for Permanent Business Development Executives, for a client located in Hartlepool. Assisting in the continued growth of the brand by building and maintaining a portfolio of business accounts. The role will involve prospecting to businesses throughout the UK, through various means, with rapport building and people skills being an essential element.

Business Development Executive Duties will include:

Make outbound calls and send emails to prospect potential new accounts
Deal with inbound enquiries from your own prospects as well as google or email marketing leads
Grow and maintain a portfolio of business accounts
Advise clients on suitable products with thorough questioning skills and the ability to assess and recommend in different scenarios
To assess and advise on credit risks, with the sustainability of the business as the key driving factor
Consistently meet or exceed company targets
Maintain maximum productivity and earning potential
Keep up with industry changes and developments Business Development Executive Applicants:

Ability to achieve targets and deliver results in a challenging environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a desire to solve problems
Excellent sales, objection handling and rapport building skills
Ability to listen and interpret information
Good IT skills with the ability to competently use Microsoft Office
Ability to organise workload and manage time effectively
Able to self-motivate and work effectively as part of a team
Previous experience in a sales or phone based role advantageous but not a pre requisite
Highly motivated and driven
Pro-active with a lot of initiative

OTE £40,000. £23,795 basic plus commission.

25 days holiday per year + Bank HolsThis role is mainly office-based, working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. (Occasional Travel)
