You'll Make a Difference By:

Building rapport and engaging with customers via phone, email, and live chat.

Championing customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and resolving enquiries effectively.

Staying current with our products, services, and policies to provide expert advice.

Collaborating with the team to identify and share best practices.

Working collaboratively to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy.

Maintaining accurate records within our systems.

Location: Head Quarters, Skelmersdale, WN8 9UU

£24,770.31 Per Annum

Working Hours: 40 per week (on a 4-week shift rotation)

2 weeks of 08:00-16:30, 1 week of 09:30-18:00, 1 week of 12:30-21:00. Only 1 weekend in 4 worked: 08:30-17:00 Saturday and 09:30-18:00 Sunday. When working a weekend, a day off in the week is given either side of that weekend.
