Our client operates within the professional services sector.
They have a vacancy for an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis.
This is a part-time role. Your hours of work will be 8am till 1pm Monday to Friday.
Main Purpose
To greet visitors to reception with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
To provide effective support and assistance to colleagues
To process all incoming calls
Taking and passing on messages
To be responsible for all incoming and outgoing post
General administration duties
Requirements
Previous Receptionist experience is essential.
