Site Agent

A great opportunity to join a family-owned Civil Engineering business with a turnover more than £70M and over 600 staff. My client has built a reputation for delivering highway infrastructure projects for the public sector and for private clients, to budget and on programme. They are experiencing sustained growth and have stability of work from several highways’ frameworks.

As a Site Agent you will:

* Be responsible for delivering schemes from pre-construction to handover

* Manage day to day operations on site, including labour/plant/materials allocation, temporary works, health and safety.

* Ensure that projects are completed on budget, within programme deadlines and to our clients technical specifications.

* Liaise regularly with Contracts Managers, providing programme and progress reports.

Our client requires a Site Agent with:

* ONC/HNC/Degree or in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

* Experience of working in a similar position within the Civils sector, ideally on schemes involving RC structures on highways.

* SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS Managers card.

Salary/Benefits:

* £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

* Company vehicle or £4,500 car allowance

* Paid annual leave, company pension scheme and life assurance
