Email Marketing Executive

Due to a sustained period of exceptional growth, my client a market leading manufacturing business based in North Lincolnshire is seeking a highly skilled and creative Email Marketing specialist to join their expanding marketing team. Your expertise will be crucial in developing creative email strategies and persuasive content marketing, focusing on both B2B and B2C email campaigns.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop and execute captivating B2B & B2C email marketing campaigns.
Identify and cultivate target audiences, actively maintaining and expanding their email lists.
Create personalised customer journeys to elevate engagement levels.
Proactively devise and manage communication calendars for both customer engagement and public relations.
Collaborate closely with the design team to craft compelling email content and visually appealing templates.
Craft written copy, ensuring it is accurate and resonates with the target audience.
Conduct and analyse A/B tests, manage the testing calendar, record results, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of trends and email marketing strategies from global leaders to gather insights on best practices and innovative ideas.
Collaborate on press release creation with third-party agencies and internal teams.
Generate comprehensive reports covering all marketing activities for insightful analysis and future strategic planning.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in both B2B and B2C environments.
Strong proficiency with email marketing tools and software.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to design visually appealing email templates in collaboration with design teams.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in email marketing.
Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
