Residential Care Manager
Salary: £30,000- £40,000- (Depending on experience)
9am-5pm
37.5 hours per week

This role could be for you if have:
* Previous experience in a senior/ team leader/ Home Manager role.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Empathetic and caring nature.
* Ability to lead a care team
* Meeting and exceeding residents expectations.
Qualifications required:
* You will hold an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.
