IMH Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our reputable client based in Wath Upon Dearne. Our client is a manufacturing and distribution retailer in Rotherham, who have a wide reach with offices based throughout the UK.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing first point of contact resolution to customers
* Handle customer enquiries
* Provide support and product/ service information
* Build relationship with customers
* Liaising with couriers and customers regarding deliveries
* Updating accounts
* Using multiple systems an databases
* Administration of orders
* Complaints handling
* Taking inbound calls
Required Skills
* Problem Solving
* Strong communication skills
* Computer Literate
* Call Handling Experience
* Email Handling or Live Chat Experience
Hours and Pay
* Tuesday - Saturday - 9am - 5:30pm
* £12.18 per Hour (25,334.00 Annually).
* Temp to perm role
