Are you a Maintenance Supervisor with a strong mechanical background looking for an ‘off-tools’ role offering genuine progression opportunities?

This market leading manufacturer are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of 8 on a day’s shift, Monday to Friday.

An ideal applicant with have a strong mechanical engineering background, excellent team leadership abilities, and eager to progress further in their career.

Industry experience in the manufacturing, chemical, armed forces (REME, RAF etc.), and similar, can be considered for this role.

The company themselves have been established for over 100 years, are operational in over 30 countries worldwide & turnover £2billion + per year. Due to continued growth & investment within their engineering department, they are currently looking for an Maintenance Supervisor to join their team on full-time & permanent basis.

In this role you will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and oversee a team of 8 engineers. You will autonomously run the team to ensure work is carried out safely & efficiently, driving continuous improvements wherever possible.
