HR Administrator required for an immediate start. Monday to Friday working 08:30 - 17:30, Northampton based education establishment. This is a temporary rolw however could lead to permanent for the right candidate.

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our client's Human Resources team. This role will focus on all aspects of recruitment administration providing excellent service to the internal hiring managers which will help with internal growth. This position will involve supporting the team with HR administration, so this is an excellent role to grow and develop all round recruitment and HR skills. Duties will cover but not limited to the following

Maintaining Records
Coordinating the new hire and application processes
Keeping the HR database up to date
Assisting the HR team with employee queries
Assisting with training events
Answering telephone calls
Any other administrative functions as required.To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and experience

Have previously worked as an administrator within a Recruitment or HR environment.
Be used to working in a very busy environment where things are ever changing.
Be a competent user of MS Office packages
Can respect confidentiality and have a keen eye for detail.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills
Have a personable and friendly dispositionYou will be joining an experienced and passionate HR team focused on delivering the People Plan and providing a high-quality service.
