Quantity Surveyor – Residential Development

Overview: We're in search of a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading housebuilder for a major project in Clapham. This role promises an attractive package and the opportunity to work within an experienced team on a new project starting in 2024. Ideal for a professional looking to advance their career, you'll play a pivotal role in managing a £90m residential project, overseeing the construction of over 300 units in a single phase.
Your Role: As a project-level Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will span across various departments, including Land, Development, and Construction. This involves attending design meetings, providing cost-related advice, sub-contract procurement, package management, preparation of tender documentation, construction cost analysis, and coordination of budget settlement meetings. You'll also contribute to the preparation of stage payment schedules for project financing.
