Learning and Development Administrator

Our wonderful client based in Weybridge are looking for a Learning and Development Administrator to join their team. This role is extremely varied and requires someone to support the L&D Manager on a day-to-day basis. This role will have a focus on Training and Development and will involve managing new starters training calendars and designing marketing and training communication.

The role of Learning and Development Administrator will involve:

Coordinating training logistics alongside HR

Managing the training calendar

Respond to queries from new starters

Providing reports and analytics

Manage training invoices and process internal billing

Provide technical support to new starters

Deliver training workshops and feedback

Collate feedback and results from sessions

The ideal Learning and Development Administrator will have:

Experience or can demonstrate interest for Learning and Development

Interest in Training Delivery

Ability to be adaptable

Excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills

Strong communication skills and able to present effectively

Excellent organisation and time management skills
