About The Role
Are you looking for a speech and language therapy position in a well-established organisation with a credible reputation?
Do you have experience in the education sector and working with children with physical and sensory disabilities, complex needs such as cerebral palsy, and epilepsy, and a wide range of additional learning needs?

Main Duties include

To contribute to the planning and delivery of a communication strategy for a group(s) of students and support their learning.
To be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of agreed aims and programmes reflecting the ethos of the school.
To contribute professional knowledge and expertise to the team for a particular area, such as AAC.
To support the budget and to make funding recommendations and requests to the Senior Leadership Team.Requirements

Relevant Speech and Language Therapy qualification from an accredited institution.
Experience providing clinical supervision to students or other Speech and Language Therapy (Salt) staff.
Registered with relevant institutions such as the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
Familiarity with alternative and augmentative communication methods and dysphagia.
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams).Benefits:
