Are you a Personal Assistant who thrives on working in a fast paced, ever changing environment supporting C-Suite Executives?

GRG are pleased to be supporting an innovative start-up, with their rapid growth expansions within the Birmingham office!

In this newly-created role, you will provide full executive and confidential support to the Chief Commercial Officer, as well as lead on the wider business office management and administrative duties.

You will be someone who wants to be an integral part of the wider business, able to juggle multiple tasks at any one time, and be one step ahead of your Director.

A lot of the time you will be using your own judgement and understanding to prioritise tasks, so being self-motivated and confident are a must.

You will have a versatile skill set, with a high standard of work and a real desire to make things happen.

In this varied role you will:

Provide PA administrative support to the Directors including:

Maintains CCO and adhoc support to the CEO's schedule, by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and travel
Organising agenda and board packs, including presentations
Minute taking in regular monthly meetings
Being the liaison between external and internal stakeholders
Prepares reports by collating and analysing information for CCO needs
High level of administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests and scheduling meetings
Supporting the HR Manager with recruitment and on-boarding tasks
Project support as required About you

Experience of directly supporting senior executive teams, in a fast-paced business
Able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Excellent proof reading and editing skills and the ability to implement corporate brand guidelines
Taking minutes at senior level meetings
Proven ability to deliver within strict timescales
Ability to produce work that is accurate whilst working under pressure
Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively whilst supporting a team
Experience of providing secretarial support to a Board of Directors and/or Board Committees or investors would be beneficial, but not essential.Due to the elements of office management of this permanent role, you will be required to work on-site, on a full-time basis.
