£11.44 per hour
Our well known retail client is looking for an experienced customer service advisor to join the friendly team on a temporary basis.
You will be required to offer support to colleagues regarding and issues that arise within the warehouse and shop floor. This could be relating to a number of things including products/pricing or other issues.
You will also be offering guidance and support regarding their current pensions, liaising with the pensions team to gain resolutions. This position does require you to be on the phone, so you must be confident in doing this.
This is a temporary ongoing role to cover sickness.
Skills and experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role desirable
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to work under own direction
• Good working knowledge of IT systems
