A leading developer and manufacturer of high-quality plastic products Is searching for a Quality Manager to join their team.
Based from their flagship site in Co. Durham, you will play a key role in the design & delivery of the company’s quality checking and assurance activity whilst ensuring the quality of the products meets the highest standards.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
· Must be experienced with IATF:16949 and leading internal audits
· A Quality background in a manufacturing sector is essential
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
· Experience with Auditing and inspection techniques
What You’ll Be Doing
· Develop and implement quality management systems, procedures and policies
· Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
· Coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards
· Ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements
· Engage with Customers on Quality Issues
· Develop and maintain strong relationship with key colleagues by addressing quality issues/concerns in timely manner
