Overview:
Jackson Hogg is delighted to be partnered with a global manufacturing business in the search of two Business Development Managers. Our client is a leading manufacturer in water analysis equipment with customers across the world. These roles will operate remotely with travel required to their customer base.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Work closely with the global sales team to explore opportunities with key accounts based on successes in other territories.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
* Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
* Experience within manufacturing and ideally water industries.
* Proven track record in sales, business development, or related field.
* Demonstrate experience as a BDM or relevant alternative role, with experience of growing existing customers and developing new business.
* Have experience of selling to end users and channel partners.
* Demonstrate technical credibility internally and externally, possessing the ability to discuss with customers’ technical teams and utilise problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
