Marketing Assistant

Are you a creative and driven individual with a passion for content, social media, and love telling a story?

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our small/passionate team based at the University of Bolton. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the development and delivery of our content marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of both results and accountability;
A keen interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow within the field;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong organisational and time management abilities;
A creative mind with a good eye for design (experience with design software a plus);
A basic understanding of design principles would be beneficial;
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities will include:

Assist with developing and delivering marketing campaigns across the university's social media channels;
Creating engaging content for marketing materials;
Supporting with graphic design tasks (social media assets);
Conducting market research and competitor analysis;
Assist with the management and updating of the University's social media presence;
Providing administrative support to the Marketing team.
