£23,000 + bonus 
You will be responsible for conducting high quality inbound & outbound sales calls within the qualifying team, aiding customers and providing support on queries around their mortgage application & focusing on appropriate outcomes.
You will be responsible for being the point on initial contact for customers, lining their mortgage broker appointment.
Your performance and competence will be measured against a range of Key Performance Indicators within a regulatory framework to ensure customers respond and go on to obtain the mortgage product they require.
The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, be hard working and able to manage high volumes of work in a busy and fast paced environment. Essential experience:
GCSE Maths and English grade C or above Current or recent experience in a regulated finance company
Current or recent experience in a regulated finance company is ideal
Proven experience of working successfully to sales targets.
Current or recent experience of an telephone based sales or customer service role
Able to carry out processes in a compliant manner.
Experience of selling a range of products.
