Are you an experienced Office Manager seeking an exciting new opportunity? If yes, our award-winning Perth office is in search of a new team member!

We're seeking a forward-thinking, knowledgeable professional who thrives in diverse roles. Successful applicants will be proactive self-starters, demonstrating confidence and initiative. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing various administrative tasks associated with office management and providing administrative support to the wider office, including dedicated support to our Rural EMP department. We're also looking for someone who has previously handled adhoc facilities management, health and safety aswell as marketing tasks. Although this role will sit within our Perth office, the successful applicant will oversee facilities and health and safety tasks for our Inverness and Fort William offices.

We are paying competitively for this role + our group staff bonus (up to 4 weeks additional pay based on company performance), 35 hour working week, lovely office environment and excellent additional benefits including private healthcare, up to 8% pension and much more!

What you'll be doing:

Managing and maintaining the office including initiating any necessary repairs
Creating and implementing office processes and procedures
Managing the office management budget
Ensuring that all visitors, external and internal, receive a professional warm welcome and that the reception area reflects the values of the company
Management of meeting room facilities and meeting set up requirements including catering and virtual video and conferencing tools e.g. Teams and Zoom
Arranging travel and accommodation for colleagues and visitors to the Perth Office
Overseeing first day inductions of new employees in regards to facilities, fire and office safety
Managing office supplies inventory and ordering as required
General office duties, such as dealing with incoming and outgoing calls/post/correspondence
Office administrative tasks including dedicated support to our Rural EMP department
Providing additional support when workload dictates in respect of administration support to the fee earners
Assist in ensuring Scotland contact lists and databases are kept up to date
Become the Fire Marshall and First Aider for the office
Adhoc marketing tasks
Implement strategies to ensure our offices achieve a higher level of sustainability.
About you:

Previous experience in a senior administration or office management role
The ability to multitask and prioritise within a demanding role
A proactive self- starter who takes pride in their work
Organised, computer literate, with strong experience of Microsoft packages
A friendly, engaging and polite character
