Composite Laminator Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate with experience in manufacturing composite (tooling and components) in industries like (automotive, aerospace, or motorsport). The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a strong reader of technical instructions, and a team player who can meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Composite Laminator Key Responsibilities
Fabrication of composite tooling and components
Sealing and releasing of patterns and molds
Vacuum bagging of tooling and components
Loading ovens and autoclaves
Creating templates and kitting components
Achieving on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Composite Laminator Essential Skills
Excellent teamwork skills
Problem-solving skills with a positive attitude
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow technical manuals
