Salary: £32k - £35k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
Full-Time, Permanent, 4 days on 3 days off, (48 hours)

The Role:
As a Sous chef, you will be supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality and freshest ingredients in all dishes.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef or in a similar role
* Experience working in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably within a 5-star hotel.
* Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.
* Motivated and proud of your culinary achievements.
* Organised and punctual with an eye for detail.
