Stainless Steel Fabrication

Job Title: Stainless Steel Welder/ Fabricator
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £15.00 per hour
Hours: Day shift Monday to Friday with Overtime weekend availability
 
Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components using various welding techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the fabrication process.
Operate power tools, hand tools, and other equipment necessary for fabrication.
Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions.
Cut, shape, and bend metal using sheet metal fabrication techniques.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. 
Experience

Proven experience in welding and fabrication.
Proficient in the use of power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment.
Strong knowledge of basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Experience with stick welding is preferred but not required.
Mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes.
