Minimum Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) qualification
Current knowledge and experience in safeguarding and child protectionDesired Candidate Qualities:

Outstanding classroom skills
Dedication, enthusiasm, and a commitment to raising standards
Proactive approach, visionary outlook, excellent planning, and organizational skills
Previous experience working with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and additional requirements (preferred)
