If you have a strong interest in research, particularly in the field of medicine and healthcare this is a fantastic opportunity to join us as our Conference Producer across our healthcare events.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the Herne Hill office, with a salary of £30,000 (DOE) plus bonus, and benefits. We will provide on-the-job training where required so you feel fully supported.

To give you an idea of how our Conference Producer role would look and feel, here are some of the things you can expect to do...

* Researching healthcare topics and academic programmes

* Be hands-on with our virtual events, including setting up the virtual event platforms, organising technical checks, supporting speakers and delegates throughout the live broadcast

* Manage in-person event logistics including liaising with speakers, organising AV and catering arrangements, on-site management

* Copywriting and proofreading

* Implement marketing campaigns, including website build, social media, digital and print adverts

* Share your analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

* Budget management

You will thrive in this role if you have excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise under many different demands. Excellent IT skills, a creative flair and strong communication and project management skills are essential.
