Always Flourishing are currently looking for a SEND Teacher to join a specialist provision in Reading supporting secondary aged students with an EHCP for ASC.
Having recruited for this school in the past the teachers I have introduced have been successful and are still with the school to this day. It is an excellent environment with amazing support and guidance from senior leadership.
This is a new role due to ongoing success and development of the provision. You will be joining teaching staff and senior leaders to continue the progress of this unique department.

Who are we looking for?
* A quailed teacher with QTS, QTLS or equivalent.
* Somone with knowledge and understanding of SEND, specifically Autism Spectrum Condition and Asperger Syndrome.
* Forward thinking and progressive teachers that believes in bringing out the best in every student.
