Water Hygiene Engineer

Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Reading, Berkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £35k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a longstanding Water Hygiene / Legionella company who have a strong presence in the South East of England. They are now recruiting for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join their team. You will be covering Local Authority, Educational, Food & Beverage and Industrial sites, carrying out various water hygiene duties including, but not limited to water sampling, temperature monitoring, flushing of little used outlets and TMV servicing. Experience & Qualifications:
" Working hands on as an engineer for a renowned Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Able to communicate efficiently with colleagues and clients of all levels.
" Excellent IT skills.
The Role:
" Water sampling.
" Temperature monitoring.
" TMV servicing and failsafe testing.
" Cleans and chlorinations on hot and cold-water systems.
" Showerhead cleans and descales.
" Calorifier blowdowns.
" Carrying out mains injections.
" Working in line with ACoP L8 / HSG 274 guidelines.
" Updating onsite logbooks.
