The Company

Specialising in a wide range of applications, this well-known sub-con machine shop supplies various industries and works to aerospace & defence standards. As the team's newest Quality Inspector, you’ll inspect material under 1mm thick and a range of fabricated and machined components. This is an excellent opening to join a business that is recognised for training and progressing its staff and this opportunity is no different, with training provided to use CMMs and how to inspect both machined & welded components.

Quality Inspector Role & Responsibilities

Have a proven background inspecting components produced from various metals
Well-versed with visual and manual inspection, capable of using a range of hand tools
CMM experience is a bonus, but training will be provided for the right candidate
Completing FAIRs, NCRs and other necessary paperwork
Liaise with other teams to address quality issues when they arise
4.5 day week with an early finish on a Friday
