Workshop Supervisor

Bennett and Game are currently working with national coach hire firm who are actively recruiting for a proven Workshop Supervisor to join their experienced team in Nottingham.

Our client have been established for over 100 years and forever growing and modernising their fleet of PSV/PCV vehicles.

Workshop Supervisor Position Overview

Within this hands-on supervisor role your main duty will be to ensure the companies modern fleet of vehicles is maintained to the highest standard possible - working in the guideline of VOSA and the companies O'Licence. Maintaining a modern fleet of vehicles to the highest of standards.

Duties will include:

Carry out vehicle audits, diagnostics and repairs
Supervise and motivate the team of engineers daily
Manage team rota/holiday to ensure the workshop is always running efficiently
Analyse and manage the quality of work entering and leaving the workshop carried out by all engineers

Workshop Supervisor Position Requirements

Proven experience in an engineering role within HGV/PSV/PCV fleets
Experience managing a workshop/engineering environment and team
City and Guilds level 3 HGV qualification - highly desirable
Flexible working approach (willing to be on call and work overtime if required)
Hold a valid driving licence

Workshop Supervisor Position Remuneration

Salary DOE £40-50k basic + overtime
Shifts: 4 on 4 off 06.00 - 18.00
