Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kent
Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE) + Bonus Scheme + Company Vehicle + Flexible Benefits.

About your new role:
Working closely with the commercial team you will provide support in the commercial function assisting on live projects and upcoming tenders.
Duties for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
● Pricing/tendering for brickwork contracts on new build
housing developments
● Produced monthly valuations to clients
● Monitoring payments in from clients
● Monitoring payments out to sub-contractors
● Negotiate/agree contracts with clients
● Monthly costing meetings with directors
Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:
A minimum of 3-4 years experience within brickwork / masonry contractor.
