Senior Salesforce Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Salesforce Engineer to drive the implementation and evolution of our global Salesforce platform, work with stakeholders to understand how to best address their needs and help build and manage a best-in-class CRM solution to meet Cint’s business objectives.
You’ll be an experienced Salesforce Engineer who thrives within a dynamic fast-paced environment, where you can apply your skills and provide technical leadership to others. You’ll be someone who will add value to our existing team, bringing thought leadership, innovative new ideas, drive key business decisions and provide a hands-on supportive approach.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Business Systems, you’ll be responsible for helping maintain the end-to-end development, implementation and evolution of multiple salesforce implementations and ancillary business systems. You will work closely multiple teams and stakeholders to articulate business problems and translate them into appropriate
technical solutions.
You will have superb communication skills and can rapidly adapt to changing business and user demands. You’ll have demonstrable problem-solving, analytical skills and business judgement. The role is Salesforce focused but the responsibilities also cover all internal business systems and infrastructure.
Cint is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for software engineers to join our Business Technology team. The Business Technology team designs, builds, and maintains systems that improve Cint employees’ workflows. This role is primarily focused on the back end integration of internal systems (both proprietary and 3rd party) with secondary opportunity for infrastructure management.
 
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy software used by internal and external users.
Support internal users with a wide range of SFDC engineering and admin tasks.
Develop and maintain custom integrations between platforms such as NetSuite, Pardot, Slack, Qualtrics, etc
Write unit tests and participate in QA/UAT
Write and maintain technical documentation
