We are seeking a Production Operator or what we like to call an Ink Technician to work with us. We have a very competitive starting pay of $21.50 an hour + $1.50 night shift differential.

The person in this role will tends mills in a safe and efficient manner to grind the raw materials for manufacturing of high-quality printing ink by performing any or all of these duties as directed. As an Ink Technician you will be responsible for:
Following batch instructions to weight batches, change and mix inks
Understanding proper mixing procedures and raw materials
Mix batches of Ink and make additions as directed
Packaging finished product
Operating a forklift
