Senior Engineer Supply Chain Planning For our IT solutions in Supply Chain Planning, we are looking for reinforcement in our Supply Chain and Data Engineering team within the IT organization. The aim of the position is to provide in-depth technical knowledge regarding Supply Chain Planning systems, consisting of tools for long- and mid-term planning as well as production planning. The individual acts as a technical/content lead for IT projects, scouts new technologies and drives the implementation of new technologies. This includes alignment with business partners to ensure a close fit of processes and the future system landscape. Therefore organizational-/process- and system interfaces for related functions within the Supply Chain need to be considered. Requirements engineering with Business Partners and alignment with the Global Process Owner Expert and contact person for operation, content, data, function, training management and interrelationships of the systems Take over responsibility and activities in the area of tool implementation as well as maintaining/supporting the current tool landscape Manage external service partners during implementation projects as well as during the support phase Collaborate on projects from an IT-point of view in Supply Chain Planning to support our business processes Completed studies in Computer science or Engineering and at least 4-5 years of professional experience or long professional experience in a comparable position, preferable within the process industry Relevant experience with Supply Chain Planning tools General understanding of Supply Chain planning processes Teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working High affinity for modern technologies and IT systems Strong communication skills in German and English Flexible Working Time Mobile Office Work from EU Countries (up to 20 days per year) Company Pension Scheme Childcare Jobticket Company Bike Leave Account Fitness Courses and much more.
