Salary: M1-M6 (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of KS1 students.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and empowered to succeed.
Foster a love for learning through engaging and interactive teaching methods.
Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic and personal development.
Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with KS1 students is desirable but not essential. ECTs are welcome to apply.
A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Strong organiSational and time-management abilities, with a proactive approach to lesson planning and classroom management.
