What a day to day looks like:
* Serve as a pivotal link between clients and candidates, facilitating successful employment matches
* Utilise excellent communication skills to network, negotiate, and nurture professional relationships through business development calls and B2B sales
* Exhibit a proactive approach in sourcing candidates through various channels and conducting thorough screenings.
* Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing recruitment landscape.
* Apply strategic thinking to meet and exceed personal and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the agency.
* Providing either temporary or permanent staffing solutions to our clients depending on their requirements
Skills & Experience Sought:
* A comprehensive 360 recruitment role, encompassing both business development and sales (minimum of 6 months)
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Adept at using recruitment software and social media platforms to attract top talent.
* A collaborative team player with the initiative to work independently when required.
* A commitment to professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.
* Ambition to progress into a managerial role
* A strong background in B2B sales and business development
